One more pound lost. I have not enjoyed the running because it is just too hot and I need new running shoes. Mine are a little tight. Pregnancy made my feet grow an extra half a size. I ran across these running moccasins which look like they might promote napping on the couch rather then running. I guess elves need exercise too.
My food cravings are becoming less overwhelming. This week, given the opportunity, I would have chowed down on chips and queso. I personally think that not diamonds, but cheese, is a girl's best friend!

At the rate of a pound per week, you'll have a sleek trim body by this time next year! Think of the swimsuits! Way to go and keep it up.
ReplyDeleteBut chips and queso is a good recovery meal after a hard run. Chips give you the carbs and cheese has the proteins and fats for muscle recovery. I say go for the queso, but only after a run. Is that a good enough justification for queso?! Ha.
