I am one of those people who believes that books still belong on paper, not on the screen of your tablet. As a child I spent many long hours reading books, even sometimes late into the night, when I probably should have been asleep. I have very clear memories of perching on the end of the couch in the living room entranced by Little Women, Gone With The Wind, and the Little House series.
I have decided that I am going to try to teach my children to love reading as much as I did, and the best way to start is leading by example. So, I am going to read more. And....I am going to tell you what I think about what I read. I cannot claim to be any type of great intellectual. I don't always see the underlying meaning of everything and I am certainly not going to comment on literary style (yuck!). I will only tell you what my opinion is, and you know I always have one!
